
Emmanuel is a business executive with wealth of transactional experience having been involved in advising, structuring and raising capital in excess of US$120million over the last 10 years for private equity and debt transactions in West Africa. He advised on
transaction culminating in the merger of UTB-Crusader.
Born in Sokoto, has lived in Kaduna, Abuja and educated in Lagos and Ogun States, Emmanuel is well known for his wide networks across Nigeria, and has supported several investors in market entry into Nigeria and Ghana. He is the founder of Radius? Nigeria Limited, a technology services provider with operations in Nigeria and Ghana. He also holds significant shareholding in the Litwit Group, with interests in ICT, Oil & Gas, Power, Banking & Financial Services, Construction and Agriculture.
Prior to Traffiterra, he was Managing Director at Yuuzoo Nigeria Limited (local subsidiary of Singapore Stock Exchange listed Yuuzoo Corporation) from 2014 to 2018, and was the Managing Director of Olaife Energy Limited from 2011 to 2014. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Surveying and Geo-Informatics from the University of Lagos.

Ebere spent 24 years with Royal Dutch Shell companies where he held several senior positions in project management, operations, commercial, and asset
management roles. He served as Vice President of Shell Offshore Gas Pipelines (SOGP) LLC, a Royal Dutch Shell gas pipeline asset management company in USA.
In addition, he previously held the position of President of Nemo Gas Gathering LLC, a USA joint venture pipeline company between Royal Dutch Shell and Enterprise GP Holdings LP.
One of his previous roles was Pipeline Asset Manager in Shell USA where he was accountable for delivery and transportation of 1 bcf gas daily from Shell’s producing assets to market transfer hubs. Additionally, as Subsea Manager in Brazil and Malaysia, he led several offshore and subsea projects in those regions, with total combined Capex exceeding US$1.0bln.
He started his oil/gas career in Nigeria in the early where he spent 8 years as facilities engineer prior to taking international assignments in USA, Brazil, and Malaysia.
Following early retirement from Shell in 2018, and before being named Managing Director of Traffiterra Energy Resources, he was co-founder of two oil and gas services start-ups in USA and Nigeria where he led those ventures as pioneer President and CEO.
He holds degrees in Civil Engineering (B.Eng. University of Port Harcourt Nigeria), Marine/Subsea Engineering (MSc. Cranfield University, England), and Business Administration (MBA Rice University, Houston USA).

Ian has over 20 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas sector, both in Nigeria and internationally.
After working a lawyer in London and in Asia, lan joined BG Group in 2006, and held various legal and commercial roles with the company, primarily in Nigeria, before joining Seven Energy in 2014 as General Counsel. In 2016 he was appointed MD of Accugas, Seven Energy’s gas production and sales subsidiary, before becoming Seven Energy CEO in 2018 and leading the successful restructuring of the company, culminating in the sale of Seven Energy’s key assets to Savannah Energy in January 2020.

Abdur-Rasheed is a seasoned professional with over 24 years experience in the oil and gas industry, having worked at Schlumberger Oilfield Service since 1997. He has held multiple roles including: Regional manager, Training manager, Technical, Sales and Commercial manager. With proven track records in oil and gas exploration, production optimization and asset management spanning across four continents and seven countries. Abdur-Rasheed has a passion for environmental friendly operating practices lowering carbon emission / footprint through technology. As such, he represented Nigeria during the Sustainable Development Goal Vision 2030 stake holders engagement at United Nations National Assembly NY in 2018.
